  • Return Policy

You have 14 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be in its original condition, unworn, unusued and in its original packaging with tags. Proof of purchase is required.

To start a return, contact us at info@thesourceshop.lu or via our social media platforms. Returns should be sent to THE SOURCE, 28 Rue Notre Dame, 2240 Luxembourg, Luxembourg. If your return is accepted, the return shipping costs will be at your expense. We'll provide further instructions upon approval. Items sent back without prior return authorization won't be accepted.

  • Damaged Items

Inspect your order upon arrival. Contact us immediately if there are defects, damages, or if you receive the wrong item. We'll check and fix the problem quickly.

  • Non-Returnable Items
Some products, such as sale items, gift cards, and custom or personalized orders, cannot be returned or refunded. For specific questions, please contact us.
  • Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your return, we'll notify you of the approval. Refunds are not offered; instead, we provide a store credit of the same amount, processed within 10 business days.
